To supervise all manufacturing operations by implementation of GMP’s, HACCP, Food Hygiene and Food Safety risk assessments.
To assure that the raw material received is according to set standards of quality and perform relevant lab tests
Conducting Internal compliance Audits / Inspections and submit reports along with suggested corrective actions.
Quality Analysis of the product and Record keeping.
To co-ordinate with the Plant Manager.
Work on a special project to minimize waste during production.
To conduct the Necessary Trainings for Staff
Planning, cost estimation, cost reduction and cost negotiation
Research & Development on the taste & flavour of products

Develop QA plans and other required process control procedures to insure processes, work in progress and finished goods meet the specified quality.
Maintains product consistency throughout product cycle, to include the design, define and build phases through quality checkpoints and testing.
Improvement and Development of production process for the purpose of yield enhancement, wastage reduction, and quality and / or safety improvement.
Implements ongoing quality improvement processes working with interdepartmental team.
